This program is designed for those who want to do Taekwondo mainly for fitness and basic self defense without going through the periodic promotional testing. No need for Doboks nor Belts in this Workout.
It is a 30-minute intense dynamic workout that is a mixture of Taekwondo and Cardio Kickboxing designed to get you in shape.
This workout includes:
